2026 Associate Exam Spring Session

We are excited to announce the dates for the 2026 Spring Orientation Session and Associate Exam. In order to facilitate the participation of a greater number of applicants, we invite you to register as soon as possible.

2026 Spring Session

Mandatory Orientation Session

March 21, 10 AM, Zoom.

New orientation requests should be sent to Registration details: full name, email, phone number, city/town of residence, language combinations.

Registration for orientation is open until March 18.

2026 Spring Associate Exam

April 18, 10 AM, in person in Saskatoon and Regina. Requests for online exams can be accommodated if a candidate must travel to Saskatoon or Regina from another municipality or province, or has another valid reason. This is decided on a case-by-case basis.

Examination fee $250.

Exam registration and payment deadline is Friday, April 3. Registration for the exam is via this email:

 How to Proceed?

1)    Register for an orientation session by sending an email to , with the following subject line: 2026 Associate Exams Orientation Session Registration.

Orientation sessions are free. However, you must register to attend. Upon registration, you will receive all the relevant details to join the event.

2)    Once you have attended an orientation session, you may decide to take the associate exam that allows you to become a member of the ATIS as an associate translator.
